Ben jij een logistieke regelaar die graag het overzicht bewaart, snel schakelt en ervoor zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is? Krijg jij energie van internationale transporten en onverwachte situaties waarin je direct moet handelen? Dan is dit jouw kans!

Voor een internationale logistieke speler zijn wij op zoek naar een Expediteur die het volledige transportproces in goede banen leidt. Je krijgt direct een contract bij de opdrachtgever en komt terecht in een betrokken team waar jouw inzet écht wordt gewaardeerd.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Expediteur ben jij de spil tussen klanten, vervoerders, leveranciers en collega's. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat iedere zending veilig, correct en op tijd op de juiste bestemming aankomt.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert en zorgt ervoor dat problemen worden opgelost voordat ze problemen worden.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Coördineren van inkomende en uitgaande transporten van machines; - Selecteren en aansturen van vervoerders voor nationale en internationale zendingen; - Opstellen en controleren van transport- en douanedocumentatie; - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s; - Bewaken van de planning en direct schakelen bij onverwachte situaties; - Registreren en verwerken van alle zendingen in het systeem.

Je werkt fulltime, 40 uur per week, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.

Jij bent een echte logistieke regelaar. Je houdt van dynamiek, kunt snel prioriteiten stellen en raakt niet in de stress wanneer een planning onverwacht verandert. Je communiceert makkelijk met verschillende partijen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

Daarnaast heb je:

- Ervaring als expediteur, transportcoördinator of in een vergelijkbare logistieke functie; - Kennis van logistieke processen en internationale handel; - Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden; - Het vermogen om ook onder druk het overzicht
