Voor de versterking van ons operationele team zijn wij op zoek naar een Expediteur A-Z die onmiddellijk zelfstandig dossiers kan beheren en overnemen. Je beschikt over de nodige ervaring binnen expeditie en bent vertrouwd met de volledige afhandeling van internationale transportdossiers.

Onze opdrachtgever is een internationale logistieke dienstverlener met een sterke aanwezigheid in Europa en daarbuiten. Vanuit een klantgerichte aanpak biedt de organisatie totaaloplossingen binnen transport, forwarding en supply chain management. Omschrijving

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zelfstandig beheren van expeditiedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Organiseren en coördineren van internationale transporten.
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten, transporteurs, rederijen, terminals, agenten en andere stakeholders.
  • Opmaken, controleren en verwerken van alle transport- en verschepingsdocumenten.
  • Onderhandelen en aanvragen van transport- en vrachttarieven.
  • Actief opvolgen van zendingen en proactief communiceren met klanten.
  • Beheren van operationele afwijkingen en zoeken naar efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte kostencontrole en facturatie.
  • Bewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
  • Zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen binnen een dynamische omgeving.

Profiel

  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als expediteur binnen zeevracht, luchtvracht of multimodaal transport.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Kennis van import-, export- en douaneprocessen.
  • Sterk administratief en organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht.
  • Stressbestendig, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt ownership over jouw dossiers en werkt autonoom.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Goede kennis van gangbare expeditie- en ERP-systemen.

  • Je draagt actief bij aan een efficiënte werking van het team.
