Het opvolgen en plannen van deze charters zijn onderdeel van je werk. Je onderhoudt contact, verwerkt de administratie en zorgt voor goede voorwaarden. Wat ga je doen? - Je brengt de vracht, welke niet door onszelf gereden wordt, onder bij een geschikte vervoerder waarbij je continu streeft naar optimalisatie van de verhouding tussen de prijs en het vervoer binnen de afgesproken looptijden; - Je instrueert vervoerders volledig en juist voor iedere rit c.q. zending; - Je volgt zendingen op en zorgt voor het updaten van statusgegevens; - Je licht klanten, vervoerders en collega's tijdig in bij onregelmatigheden; - Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten, collega 's en vervoerders; - Je neemt klachten aan en je zorgt voor een juiste oplossing of overdracht; - Je onderhoudt contacten met vervoerders, klanten en internationale agenten; - Je draagt zorg voor een administratieve afhandeling van de opdrachten.
