In de rol van Expediteurben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Sales, Logistiek en Planning en zorg je ervoor dat orders soepel, voorspelbaar en volgens afspraak worden geleverd. Wat ga je doen? Als Expediteur, intern bekend als Expediter, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en optimaliseren van de orderflow binnen MCB Direct. In deze rol zorg je voor een optimale afstemming tussen verschillende afdelingen en houd je continu zicht op de voortgang van orders. Daarbij signaleer je afwijkingen tijdig en stuur je proactief bij om onze leverbetrouwbaarheid te waarborgen. - Bewaken en opvolgen van orders en signaleren van kritische afwijkingen; - Afstemmen en aanpassen van leverdata met klanten en interne stakeholders; - Coördineren van orderwijzigingen, uitzonderingen en logistieke uitdagingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten in processen en initiëren van verbeteracties; - Analyseren en rapporteren van leverperformance en delen van procesinzichten.
