In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat import- en exportzendingen soepel verlopen en houd je contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs over de hele wereld. Je komt terecht in een hecht team, werkt vanuit een modern kantoor en krijgt volop de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende uitdaging? Lees dan snel verder! Wat ga je doen? Internationale transporten zijn bij jou als Expediteur in Rotterdam in goede handen. Je houdt het overzicht, schakelt moeiteloos tussen klanten, leveranciers, rederijen en transporteurs en zorgt ervoor dat iedere zending op de juiste plek én op het juiste moment aankomt. Je bent voor 32-40 uur beschikbaar en je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen van transportdocumenten en het organiseren van transport, waarbij je rekening houdt met kosten, levertijden en de wensen van de klant; - Het verwerken en controleren van de benodigde documenten voor internationale import- en exportzendingen; - Het coördineren van de opslag, verpakking en verzending van goederen; - Het informeren van klanten over de voortgang van hun zendingen en het oplossen van eventuele knelpunten tijdens het transport; - Het bedenken van passende logistieke oplossingen die aansluiten op de wensen en behoeften van de klant. Wat breng je mee? Voor deze rol ben jij een ervaring Expediteur die energie krijgt van het organiseren en coördineren van internationale transporten. Je houdt het overzicht, schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en hebt oog voor detail.
