Heb je ervaring met plannen, coördineren en het onderhouden van contacten met klanten en vervoerders? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Expediteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en bewaken van internationale transportzendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat transporten efficiënt verlopen en dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare dienstverlening. Je begeleidt het volledige logistieke proces, van planning tot administratieve afhandeling. Daarbij houd je voortdurend overzicht, stuur je bij waar nodig en onderhoud je contact met klanten, vervoerders en andere betrokken partijen. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Coördineren en plannen van internationale transportzendingen; - Zorgdragen voor een optimale beladingsgraad en efficiënte inzet van transportmiddelen; - Monitoren van zendingen en proactief inspelen op afwijkingen of vertragingen; - Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, vervoerders en logistieke partners; - Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken en tarieven; - Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen; - Verwerken van logistieke administratie en transportdocumentatie; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van transportopdrachten.
