Als lijnverantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat de verpakking en etikettering van de producten correct en vlot verloopt. Je werkt onder leiding van de teamleader expeditie en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de medewerkers aan jouw lijn.

Je start met de verantwoordelijkheid over één productielijn. Zodra je deze volledig onder de knie hebt, leer je stap voor stap de andere lijnen kennen.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je verdeelt de taken, geeft duidelijke instructies en begeleidt de medewerkers aan jouw lijn.
  • Je stelt verpakkings- en etiketteermachines in, bedient ze en bouwt ze om. Kleine storingen probeer je zelf op te lossen.
  • Je stuurt via het ERP-systeem de juiste opdrachten naar de lijn en controleert of elk product het correcte etiket krijgt.
  • Je voert verschillende kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert deze correct, zoals gewicht, verpakking, metaaldetectie en restzuurstof.
  • Je controleert of de producten correct worden verpakt en gepalletiseerd volgens de afspraken van de klant.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator of lijnverantwoordelijke, bij voorkeur binnen een voedingsbedrijf.
  • Je kunt verpakkings- en etiketteermachines bedienen, instellen en ombouwen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, werkt vlot met de computer en registreert controles nauwkeurig.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, kunt collega's begeleiden en blijft rustig wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands en Engels en hebt geen probleem met werken in een koude omgeving van ongeveer 4°C.
