The posting

Na een grondige interne opleiding krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen tradelanes en sta je in voor de volledige operationele opvolging van export LCL-zendingen.

Concreet:

  • Je verzorgt het volledige operationele proces en staat dagelijks in contact met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je werkt proactief samen met Sales en Customer Service om de beladingsgraad van containers te optimaliseren.
  • Je stemt af met het magazijn om containers tijdig en efficiënt te laten beladen.
  • Je controleert de samenlading en bepaalt hoeveel containers nodig zijn.
  • Je boekt containers bij de verschillende partners, waaronder transporteurs en rederijen.
  • Je maakt laadlijsten op volgens de geldende regelgeving.
  • Je volgt de nodige douanedocumenten op en geeft instructies aan het douaneteam voor de verdere verwerking.
  • Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende partijen tijdig over de juiste informatie beschikken.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

  • Je hebt een sterke klantgerichte ingesteldheid en streeft naar een uitstekende service.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, punctueel en nauwkeurig.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook vlot binnen een team.
  • Je hebt kennis van Incoterms, B/L's en IMO-regelgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen expeditie, forwarding of maritieme logistiek is een sterke troef.
