Ben jij een logistiek talent dat moeiteloos schakelt tussen vrachtbrieven, douanedocumenten en internationale klanten?

Hou je van een beetje chaos, zolang jij maar de touwtjes in handen hebt? Dan hebben wij een exportfunctie die je hart sneller doet kloppen (en je inbox voller maakt).

In deze rol ben jij de dirigent van het exporttraject: van de eerste prijsaanvraag tot de laatste factuur.

Je zorgt dat cargo van allerlei pluimage veilig en correct zijn bestemming bereikt – of dat nu een doos chocolade naar Tokyo is of een machineonderdeel naar Texas. Je werkt samen met een team enthousiaste expediteurs die net als jij houden van overzicht, actie en een goeie kop koffie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen accounts en regelt alles van A tot Z. Je maakt boekingen bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen, opent dossiers in StreamSoftware,

Stelt transportdocumenten op (CMR’s, douaneformulieren, certificaten), en volgt zendingen op alsof het je eigen pakketje is.

Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en agenten van over de hele wereld – van Antwerpen tot Auckland.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Reservaties maken bij luchtlijnen
  • Dossiers openen en beheren
  • Exportdocumenten en CMR’s opstellen
  • Tracking & follow-up van zendingen
  • Douanedocumenten en certificaten opmaken
  • Administratie, facturatie, credit control en solvencybeheer

Een exportheld(in) met een neus voor structuur en een hart voor klanten. Je denkt vooruit, werkt nauwkeurig en laat je niet van de wijs brengen door een last-minute wijziging of een klant die belt vanuit een andere tijdzone.

Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Ervaring in export/logistiek of een relevante opleiding
  • Kennis van luchtvrachtdocumentatie en douaneformaliteiten
  • Servicegericht, zowel extern als intern
  • Communicatief sterk in Nederlands, Frans & Engels
  • Hands-on, accuraat en stressbestendig
  • Teamplayer die ook zelfstandig kan knallen
  • Multiculturele mindset en zin in internationale contacten
