Expediteur Export – Luchtvracht (Brucargo)

Sta je aan het begin van je carrière in de logistiek en wil je proeven van de dynamische wereld van luchtvracht? Werk je graag gestructureerd, hou je van afwisseling én wil je leren van ervaren collega’s? Dan is dit een mooie volgende stap voor jou.

Wat ga je doen? Als Junior Export Expediteur ondersteun je bij de operationele afhandeling van exportzendingen via luchtvracht. Je wordt stap voor stap meegenomen in het volledige proces:

  • Organisatie van het voortransport
  • Airline bookings en opvolging van vluchtgegevens
  • Opmaak van air waybills (AWB’s)
  • Verzenden van pre-alerts
  • Tracing en opvolging van zendingen
  • Eerste lijn communicatie en feedback naar klanten
  • Opvolging van de algemene en persoonlijke mailbox

Douane & documentatie

  • Opmaken van douanedocumenten
  • Voorbereiden van bijhorende certificaten (zoals EUR.1, ATR, …)
  • Correcte overdracht aan de juiste dienst én opvolging

Dangerous Goods & Security

  • Na het volgen van de Basic Dangerous Goods Course: Documentaire controle van DG-zendingen Conformiteitscheck van goederen en documenten
  • Volledig volgen van de security-opleiding volgens het geldende securityplan

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als expediteur.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding in logistiek, supply chain of transport
  • Nauwkeurig werken en structuur brengen geeft je energie
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en kan je behelpen in Engels
  • Je bent leergierig, stressbestendig en werkt graag in team
