Voor onze klant, een van de grootste internationale spelers in maritieme logistiek en containervervoer, zoeken we in Antwerpen een Expediteur Gevaarlijke Goederen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat gevaarlijke lading veilig, correct en volgens de IMDG-regels wordt afgehandeld.

Onze klant groeit sterk en investeert volop in innovatie. Jij wordt de vaste Dangerous Goods expert voor Import, Export en Transshipment. Je combineert administratie met operationeel werk en schakelt dagelijks met autoriteiten, terminals en kapiteins. Daar staan een vast contract en een brutomaandloon tot €4.500 tegenover.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je volgt de afhandeling van gevaarlijke goederen op voor Import, Export en Transshipment
  • Je bent de interne adviseur voor alle DG-vragen en ondersteunt collega’s bij het boekingsproces
  • Je verwerkt de DG-administratie, van IMO-labels tot aanvragen voor verlengd verblijf
  • Je controleert Dangerous Goods Declarations en zet labeldiscrepanties recht
  • Je meldt gevaarlijke goederen aan bij de bevoegde autoriteiten
  • Je coördineert het laden van DG-lading op partnerschepen
  • Je voert hazmat-inspecties uit en stelt ontbrekende DG-manifesten op
  • Je grijpt snel in bij incidenten en werkt mee aan veiligheids- en complianceprogramma’s
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek, transport, een maritieme richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de maritieme sector, shipping of havenlogistiek
  • Ervaring met IMO-regelgeving is een duidelijke troef
  • IMDG- en CODEX-certificaten zijn een pluspunt
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en rustig onder druk
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in het opbouwen van relaties
  • Vlot Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk
