Ben jij een ervaren expediteur die zijn weg kent in de wereld van import, reefers en voedingswaren? Heb je een scherp oog voor detail en laat je je niet afschrikken door een stevig pakket aan certificaten en douanedocumenten? Dan is dit de uitdaging voor jou!

Takenpakket:

  • Je staat in voor de planning, uitvoering en facturatie van importzendingen.
  • Je beheert specifiek transporten van voedingswaren en koelcontainers (reefers), waarbij je zorgt voor de correcte certificering (CHED, CATCH, No Rice, Particuliere Verklaringen, etc.).
  • Je verzorgt de nodige aangiftes en onderhoudt contacten met de douane en het FAVV.
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties uit met alle schakels in de keten (rederijen, transporteurs, terminals) en zet de klant altijd centraal.
  • Je detecteert proactief nieuwe opportuniteiten bij zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 tot 8 jaar ervaring in importexpeditie. Een specifiek diploma is niet vereist; jouw relevante expertise is wat telt!
  • Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van douanewetgeving, reefers en de specifieke documentatie voor de voedingssector.
  • Je werkt uiterst gedetailleerd bij het vergelijken van inkomende documenten.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met 3 tot 4 directe collega’s. Je bent een trekker in het team en computervaardig.
