Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, rederijen, vervoerders en douane en weet precies wat er nodig is om een zending soepel door de logistieke keten te begeleiden. Daarbij combineer je een commerciële instelling met een nauwkeurige en praktische aanpak. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800,- en € 4.500, - op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Mogelijkheid tot een 13e maand, afhankelijk van de bedrijfsresultaten; - Een bonusregeling op basis van persoonlijke prestaties en bedrijfsresultaten; - € 0,25 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer; - Eén dag per week thuiswerken en flexibele werktijden vanaf 07:30 uur; - Bedrijfsfitness en een lunchregeling met een eigen bijdrage van € 1,10 per dag. Wat ga je doen als Expediteur Import? Als Expediteur Import ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele en administratieve afhandeling van importzendingen. Je bewaakt het gehele traject, van aankomst van de goederen tot het organiseren van het natransport. Wanneer er iets verandert of een probleem ontstaat, schakel je snel met de juiste partijen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers, rederijen, vervoerders en de Douane; - Coördineren en administratief verwerken van importzendingen; - Controleren van dossiers en tijdig oplossen van knelpunten; - Opstellen en controleren van transport- en douanedocumentatie; - Organiseren en opvolgen van het natransport; - Verwerken en controleren van facturatie; - Bewaken van planningen, aankomsttijden en gemaakte afspraken.
