Voor een internationale logistieke dienstverlener in de regio Roosendaal zoeken wij een Expediteur Import / Customer Service Medewerker Import. In deze veelzijdige functie coördineer je internationale importzendingen en zorg je ervoor dat ieder dossier van vertrek tot aflevering goed wordt opgevolgd. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, internationale partners, vervoerders en je collega's. Nog niet alle kennis in huis? Geen probleem. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om het vak verder te leren en wordt intern opgeleid. Wat ga je doen als Expediteur Import Roosendaal? Importdossiers van A tot Z beheren Je opent en beheert importdossiers en volgt het volledige transporttraject nauwkeurig op, vanaf vertrek tot en met de uiteindelijke levering bij de klant. Contact onderhouden met internationale partners Je hebt dagelijks contact met buitenlandse logistieke partners en zorgt ervoor dat je altijd beschikt over de juiste informatie over lopende zendingen. ☎ Klanten informeren en adviseren Je maakt leveringsafspraken met klanten en bent hun aanspreekpunt bij vragen over zendingen, levertijden en bijzonderheden. Samenwerken met transportplanning Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de transportafdeling. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat goederen tijdig en op de juiste locatie worden afgeleverd. Oplossingsgericht werken Is er sprake van vertraging, een afwijking in een dossier of een vraag van een klant? Jij onderzoekt wat er aan de hand is, schakelt snel met de betrokken partijen en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. - Ervaring met importdossiers en kennis van douane. - Salaris: tot € 3.800 bruto per maand.
