Onze specialismen zijn Finance, Logistiek, Management, Staf en Ondersteuning. Expediteur import - 40 uur - Vlaardingen Als Expediteur Import ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse begeleiding en afhandeling van inkomende internationale zendingen. Je houdt het transportproces van A tot Z in de gaten en hebt daarbij contact met klanten, rederijen, vervoerders, douane en andere betrokken partijen. Je zorgt dat de benodigde documenten in orde zijn, problemen snel worden opgelost en de zending op tijd verder kan worden vervoerd. Een afwisselende functie waarin je zowel operationeel als administratief bezig bent. Het aanbod: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3800,- en € 4000,- op basis van 40 uur (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring); - Een actieve personeelsvereniging; - Relaxruimte; - Goed bereikbaar met OV en goede parkeermogelijkheden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, leveranciers, douane, rederijen, vervoerders en overige leveranciers van diensten over de aankomst en verdere afhandeling van zendingen, ook met agenten en andere kantoren; - Operationele en administratieve afhandeling van importzendingen in de breedste zin van het woord; - Operationele dossiercontrole en het oplossen van problemen; - Facturatie van de behandelde zendingen; - Zorgdragen voor de voortgang van het proces en een up-to-date transportdossier; - Opmaken van benodigde douanedocumenten eventueel in samenwerking met de declarant; - Organiseren van natransport. Gewenst profiel: - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als import expediteur; - Je beschikt over een (STC) MBO-diploma; - Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office; - Je hebt goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift; - Je hebt commercieel inzicht; - Je hebt kennis van Europese w...
