Expediteur import zeevracht Arbeidsvoorwaarden Als Import Coördinator Zeevracht ga je aan de slag in een informele werkomgeving met korte lijnen en een prettige werksfeer. Er worden regelmatig leuke activiteiten voor medewerkers georganiseerd en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Je ontvangt een salaris van €3000,- tot €4000,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis. - Jaarlijks krijg je 25 vakantiedagen. - Vanaf de eerste kilometer ontvang je € 0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer, tot maximaal € 250,- per maand. - Op maandag en woensdag staat er vers fruit voor je klaar op kantoor. - Je kunt gebruikmaken van een fietsplan. - Er is een pensioenregeling. - Je hebt uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Functieomschrijving In deze functie werk jij in het freight team met 8 collega's en heb jij de regie over het complete importproces van zeevrachtzendingen. Als Expediteur Import Zeevracht bewaak je de planning, onderhoud je contact met alle betrokken partijen en kom je direct in actie wanneer een zending vertraging oploopt of er een andere afwijking ontstaat. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Dagelijks organiseer en begeleid je zeevrachtimporten van A tot Z, zowel FCL- als LCL-zendingen. - Door tarieven te vergelijken en met vervoerders te onderhandelen, werk je toe naar efficiënte en rendabele transportoplossingen. - Contact met klanten, rederijen, transporteurs en buitenlandse agenten onderhoud je actief, zodat iedereen op de hoogte blijft. - Zorgvuldig verwerk je alle transportdocumentatie, Track & Trace-updates en facturatie. - Ontstaat er een vertraging of andere afwijking? Dan onderneem je snel actie en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Je gaat werken bij een internationale logistieke dienstverlener met ongeveer 75 medewerkers.
