Functieomschrijving

In deze functie als Allround Expediteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele en administratieve afhandeling van importzendingen, het boeken van natransporten via vaste partners en het bewaken van de douane-compliantie.

  • Je beheert en volgt de binnenkomende importstromen nauwgezet op vanaf de aankomst in de haven tot en met de levering in het eigen douane-entrepot.
  • Je organiseert, plant en boekt het lokaal transport en de outbound-stromen van het magazijn naar diverse bestemmingen door heel Europa.
  • Je verzorgt de nodige douaneformaliteiten en zet je technische kennis in voor complexe dossiers rond fiscale vertegenwoordiging en customs clearance.
  • Je bent het dagelijkse, centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, internationale transporteurs, rederijen en interne afdelingen (zoals het magazijn).
  • Je verwerkt de binnenkomende orders digitaal, beheert de bijbehorende transportdocumenten en staat in voor de nauwkeurige opmaak van de klantspecifieke facturen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de General en Operations Manager en denkt actief mee over verdere procesoptimalisaties binnen het team.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een solide ervaring opgebouwd binnen expeditie, import/export, douane of transportcoördinatie, en bent goed vertrouwd met Incoterms.
  • Ervaring met douanedocumentatie, fiscale vertegenwoordiging en customs clearance is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast werk je vlot met MS Office en heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP.
  • Je bent een multi-inzetbare, proactieve organisator die houdt van korte communicatielijnen en een no-nonsense aanpak.
