The posting

Als expediteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig afronden van logistieke processen en het coördineren van zendingen van leverancier tot eindbestemming. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met leveranciers om orderbevestigingen, statusupdates en productieschema’s op te vragen en bewaakt de voortgang van lopende orders in het magazijn. Wanneer vertragingen of andere afwijkingen ontstaan, informeer je tijdig de afdeling Customer Service en denk je actief mee over passende oplossingen.

Je verwerkt alle relevante informatie nauwkeurig in SAP en zorgt ervoor dat orders en zendingen correct worden geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Daarnaast organiseer je transporten met vaste logistieke partners, vraag je paklijsten en transportgegevens op en controleer je alle ontvangen documenten op juistheid en volledigheid. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvragen en monitoren van track & trace-informatie, zodat de status van leveringen altijd inzichtelijk is.

Verder bewaak je de voortgang door regelmatig statusupdates bij leveranciers op te vragen, transporten te organiseren en de verschillende processtappen correct te verwerken in SAP. Bij manco leveringen of andere afwijkingen neem je het initiatief om reclamaties richting leveranciers af te handelen en zorg je voor een snelle en passende opvolging.
