Vanuit ons Food Logistics Center in Waddinxveen regel je dat foodzendingen op tijd en onder de juiste omstandigheden worden vervoerd. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, vervoerders en collega's en houdt de voortgang van de transporten goed in de gaten. Je krijgt te maken met transporten die extra aandacht vragen vanwege temperatuur, planning en kwaliteit. Loopt een zending vertraging op of verandert er iets in de planning? Dan schakel je snel en zoek je samen met de betrokken partijen naar een oplossing. "Je regelt het transport van A tot Z en zorgt dat foodzendingen onder de juiste omstandigheden op hun bestemming komen. " Werkzaamheden Je organiseert transporten die niet altijd via het standaardnetwerk verlopen. Je houdt overzicht over het hele expeditieproces en zorgt dat afspraken over planning, kwaliteit en levering worden nagekomen. - Organiseren en plannen van foodtransporten binnen de Benelux en internationaal. - Zendingen onderbrengen bij externe vervoerders en afspraken maken over het transport. - Bewaken van levertijden, temperatuurcondities en kwaliteitseisen. - Contact onderhouden met klanten, vervoerders en interne afdelingen. - Signaleren en oplossen van vertragingen en andere afwijkingen. - Verwerken en controleren van transport- en expeditiegegevens in systemen.
