Ervaren Expediteur - Regio Hoofddorp / Schiphol Ben jij een doorgewinterde logistiek professional die het overzicht bewaart bij complexe transporten? Krijg jij energie van het volledig zelfstandig organiseren van wereldwijde goederenstromen via de lucht en over zee? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap! Als Ervaren Expediteur ben jij de onmisbare spil in het web. Je schakelt direct met klanten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen, rederijen en de douane om ervoor te zorgen dat elke zending van A tot Z vlekkeloos wordt afgehandeld. Je werkt in deze rol volledig vanaf het gezellige en dynamische kantoor, waar je samen met je collega's de schouders eronder zet.

Werkzaamheden - Zelfstandig coördineren, plannen en operationeel afwikkelen van lucht- en zeevrachtzendingen van A tot Z - Onderhouden van intensief contact met nationale en internationale klanten, agenten en vervoerders - Opstellen, controleren en nauwkeurig verwerken van alle benodigde transport- en douanedocumentatie - Proactief monitoren van looptijden en direct, oplossingsgericht handelen bij operationele knelpunten of vertragingen - Commercieel inkopen van transportcapaciteit en het accuraat registreren van alle dossiergegevens in het systeem - Adviseren van klanten over de meest efficiënte logistieke routes, tarieven en actuele Incoterms

Wij zoeken - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Expediteur in zowel de luchtvracht als zeevracht - Ervaring met het volledig zelfstandig beheren van het expeditieproces van A tot Z - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal (woord en geschrift) - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur (geen hybride werken, je bent dagelijks aanwezig op kantoor) - Het kunnen overleggen van een positieve Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB) is een strikte vereiste voor deze functie - Een stressbestendige, proactieve instelling en het vermogen om snel te schakelen in een hectische omgeving
