Ben jij een administratief sterke en klantgerichte logistieke professional met ervaring in luchtvracht? Als Expediteur Luchtvracht Export ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele opvolging van exportzendingen. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, buitenlandse agenten en luchtvaartmaatschappijen en zorgt ervoor dat elke zending efficiënt, correct en volgens de geldende regelgeving wordt afgehandeld.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je organiseert en coördineert exportzendingen via luchtvracht van boeking tot vertrek.
  • Je stelt airwaybills, afhaalbonnen en andere transportdocumenten correct op.
  • Je boekt zendingen bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen en volgt de operationele voortgang nauwgezet op.
  • Je controleert dossiers op conformiteit met luchtvrachtbeveiliging, douanevoorschriften en andere relevante regelgeving.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, buitenlandse agenten en luchtvaartmaatschappijen.
  • Je verzorgt een correcte facturatie en verwerkt leveranciersfacturen in het operationele systeem.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen export luchtvracht en bent vertrouwd met de operationele processen binnen freight forwarding.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van douanewetgeving en luchtvrachtbeveiliging.
  • Een opleiding of certificering zoals de IATA Introductory Course is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kan zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent een proactieve teamspeler met een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
