Ken jij luchtvracht en douane door en door, en wil je werken op een plek waar die kennis echt telt? Voor onze klant, een stabiele logistieke speler in Machelen vlak bij Brussels Airport, zoeken we een Expediteur Luchtvracht Import die importdossiers en douane-inklaringen zelfstandig in goede banen leidt.

Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht team met korte lijnen en veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Geen grote machine waar je een nummer bent, maar een plek waar je dossiers echt van jou zijn. Met vaste werkuren van 8u tot 17u hou je bovendien tijd over voor jezelf.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert luchtvracht importdossiers van A tot Z, van aankomst tot levering
  • Je verzorgt douane-inklaringen zelfstandig, van aangifte tot vrijgave
  • Je past Incoterms en HS-codes correct toe in je dagelijkse werk
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en truckingpartners
  • Je coördineert transporten en volgt aankomsten nauw op
  • Je schakelt snel bij vertragingen of andere onverwachte situaties
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opvolging en registratie in het systeem
  • Bachelordiploma in logistiek, supply chain, Internationale handel of gelijkwaardig
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in luchtvracht import aan forwarderszijde, ervaring op Brucargo is mooi meegenomen
  • Kennis van douaneprocedures en ervaring met zelfstandige inklaringen
  • Goede kennis van Incoterms en HS-codes
  • Vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en graag zelfstandig aan de slag
  • Een teamplayer die belang hecht aan een goede sfeer op de werkvloer
  • Kennis van CargoWise is een plus, geen must
