Voor een internationale logistieke organisatie onder de rook van Rotterdam zijn wij namens Gierveld Recruitment op zoek naar versterking van het Reefer Sea team. Wij zoeken een Forwarder met circa 3-5 jaar ervaring. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol krijg je vanaf dag één verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen klanten en zendingen. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen klanten, rederijen, agenten en collega's wereldwijd en zorgt ervoor dat iedere zending soepel en zorgvuldig wordt afgehandeld. Als Forwarder binnen het Reefer Sea team houd jij je bezig met het organiseren en coördineren van internationale zeevrachtzendingen van gekoelde en diepgevroren producten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het van A tot Z organiseren en coördineren van reefer exportzendingen; - Verzorgen van boekingen en het onderhouden van contact met klanten; - Bewaken van lopende zendingen en tijdig signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten; - Afstemmen met rederijen, vervoerders, klanten en internationale collega's; - Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve en operationele afhandeling; - Meedenken over processen en mogelijkheden om de dienstverlening verder te verbeteren; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten en partners.
