Bij HST International zoeken we niet zomaar een expediteur. We zoeken een ondernemende professional die transporten regelt én kansen ziet. Iemand die energie krijgt van het uitbreiden van zijn netwerk, het ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantenrelaties en het verder laten groeien van onze expeditie activiteiten binnen Europa. Natuurlijk zorg je met je team voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van internationale transporten, maar je kijkt ook verder. Waar liggen groeikansen? Welke klanten kunnen we nog beter ondersteunen? Welke vervoerders of opdrachtgevers kunnen een waardevolle aanvulling zijn op ons netwerk? Jij krijgt de vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid om hier actief mee aan de slag te gaan. Wat ga je doen - Coördineren van internationale transportorders van A tot Z. - Inkopen van transportcapaciteit en selecteren van vervoerders op basis van prijs, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. - Onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. - Actief signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen in de markt. - Benaderen van potentiële nieuwe klanten en logistieke partners. - Onderhandelen over tarieven en commerciële afspraken. - Monitoren en verbeteren van prestaties, marges en operationele processen. - Beheren van budgetten en scherp bewaken van kosten. - Meedenken over digitalisering, procesverbeteringen en de verdere ontwikkeling van HST Expeditie.
