Jij houdt de documenten, deadlines en vervoerders in het oog. Als Expediteur Zeevracht begeleid je internationale zendingen van aanvraag tot aflevering en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Ons aanbod - Een salaris van € 3.250,- tot € 4.500,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week ; - Zelfstandigheid in het begeleiden van je eigen zeevrachtdossiers; - Mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen import, export en klantbeheer; - Veel contact met rederijen, buitenlandse agenten, vervoerders en klanten. Wat ga je doen als Expediteur Zeevracht ? Je organiseert zeevrachtzendingen en bewaakt de afhandeling van begin tot eind. Je maakt afspraken met betrokken partijen, controleert documenten en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang. - Je verwerkt aanvragen en boekt FCL- en LCL-zendingen bij rederijen en andere partners; - Je stemt tarieven, vaarschema's en transportmogelijkheden af; - Je stelt transportdocumenten op en controleert onder meer Bills of Lading; - Je organiseert voor- en natransport en stemt de douaneafhandeling af; - Je bewaakt deadlines, behandelt afwijkingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afronding. Wat breng jij mee? - Mbo werk- en denkniveau en ervaring binnen de zeevrachtexpeditie; - Kennis van zeevrachtdocumentatie en import- of exportprocessen; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; - Je houdt overzicht over meerdere zendingen en werkt nauwkeurig; - Je communiceert helder en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
