Hou je van het organiseren van complexe expeditiedossiers, ben je geboren multitasker en krijg je energie van directe klantcontact en het vinden van creatieve logistieke oplossingen? Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende internationale speler in het maritiem transport en forwarding, zijn we op zoek naar een Expediteur Zeevracht die de volledige afwikkeling van zeevracht-zendingen beheerst en elk dossier van inlading tot bestemming perfect coördineert.

In deze rol ben je veel meer dan een planner. Jij bent de go-to persoon voor complexe zendingen, de expert die klanten én leveranciers op dezelfde golflengte brengt, en de collega op wie iedereen kan rekenen. Of het nu gaat om FCL-containers, LCL-zendingen of scheepsgerelateerde transporten: jij beheert alles met precisie en commercieel inzicht. Een functie met echte autonomie, veel afwisseling en de kans om jezelf voortdurend verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen

  • Compleet afwikkelen van expeditiedossiers voor diverse transportmodi en klantgroepen, van offerte tot eindaflevering
  • Proactief communiceren met klanten, agenten en leveranciers om iedereen steeds actueel te houden over de status van zendingen
  • Zowel commerciële als scheepsgerelateerde zendingen coördineren en beheren binnen jouw team
  • FCL- en LCL-zendingen optimaal organiseren en volgen tot bestemming
  • Offertes voorbereiden en klantenwensen vertalen naar praktische logistieke oplossingen
  • Nieuwe mogelijkheden herkennen en opportunities exploiteren voor je klanten
  • Ad-hoc beslissingen nemen, problemen snel tackelen en altijd een stap vooruit denken
  • Nauwkeurige administratie bijhouden en zendingen optimaal documenteren
  • Steeds anticiperen op veranderende situaties en prioriteiten herstellen waar nodig
  • Bachelordiploma in logistiek, supply chain, internationale handel of gelijkwaardig
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelor in logistiek, maritiem transport of supply chain, of gelijkwaardige beroepservaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in expeditie, forwarding of maritiem transport (maar motivatie en passie wegen ook zwaar mee)
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om sterke klantenrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden
  • Perfect in multitasking en ongestoord efficiënt in dynamische werkomgevingen
  • Strakke deadlines motiveren jou eerder dan afschrikken
  • Scherp in prioriteiten stellen en anticiperen op elke situatie
  • Klantgerichtheid staat voorop; je streeft altijd naar optimale dienstverlening
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en precieze afwikkeling is voor jou vanzelfsprekend
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een duidelijke troef
  • Commercieel sterk en proactief in het identificeren van mogelijkheden
  • Waardevolle teamplayer die samenwerking verhoogt
