Heb je ervaring in expeditie en ken je zeevracht door en door? Dan kan je hier zelfstandig import- en exportdossiers beheren.

Onze klant is actief binnen logistiek en expeditie. Voor een grote dedicated klant zoeken ze versterking voor het team. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking en een correcte service centraal staan.

Als expediteur neem je zelfstandig import- en exportdossiers voor je rekening. De focus ligt voornamelijk op export via zeevracht en groupage. Je bewaakt je dossiers van begin tot einde en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve en operationele opvolging.

Je beheert zelfstandig import- en exportdossiers van A tot Z. Je behandelt voornamelijk exportdossiers binnen zeevracht en groupage. Je volgt dossiers voor een grote dedicated klant nauwgezet op. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve gegevens en documenten correct en tijdig verwerkt zijn. Je bewaakt deadlines en houdt het overzicht over de verschillende stappen in het expeditieproces. Je communiceert vlot met klanten en andere betrokken partijen. Je neemt initiatief wanneer een dossier extra opvolging vraagt. Je denkt proactief mee en neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team. Je draagt bij aan een vlotte dienstverlening en een correcte afhandeling van elk dossier.

Je hebt ervaring met import en export.

Je kent zeevracht goed. Ervaring met export en groupage is een belangrijke troef.

Je werkt administratief sterk en verwerkt dossiers nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.

Je communiceert professioneel en duidelijk met klanten en andere betrokken partijen.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af wanneer actie nodig is.

Je kan zelfstandig werken en draagt tegelijk actief bij aan het team.

Je denkt proactief mee en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring met expeditie, import, export en zeevracht is vereist. Ervaring met groupage en export is een sterke troef.
