Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operationele opvolging van zeevracht-exportzendingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct, tijdig en volgens de geldende procedures worden verwerkt. Je staat er rechtstreeks voor in om contact met klanten, partners en interne afdelingen en af te stemmen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en houdt steeds het overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk.

• Je beheert exportdossiers van A tot Z binnen zeevracht

• Je verzorgt de administratieve verwerking en data-input in systemen

• Je volgt zendingen op en communiceert statusupdates naar klanten

• Je zorgt voor correcte opmaak en controle van exportdocumentatie

• Je onderhoudt contact met rederijen, klanten en interne diensten

• Je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen

• Je werkt volgens interne procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen expeditie of logistieke administratie en voelt je comfortabel in een internationale werkomgeving. Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een operationele rol. Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt rust wanneer meerdere dossiers gelijktijdig lopen.

• Bij voorkeur een bachelor of relevante ervaring binnen logistiek/expeditie

• Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus

• Ervaring met exportdocumentatie of zeevracht is een sterke troef

• Vlot met MS Office en administratieve systemen

• Analytisch en nauwkeurig ingesteld

• Klantgericht en communicatief sterk
