Voor een internationale logistieke speler in Antwerpen zoeken we een Ocean Freight Export Specialist die van A tot Z verantwoordelijk is voor exportdossiers binnen de sector Life Sciences & Healthcare.

Jouw uitdaging Als Ocean Freight Export Specialist ben jij de spil tussen klanten, transporteurs, terminals en internationale partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat exportzendingen vlekkeloos verlopen en houdt steeds het overzicht over jouw dossiers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheer van exportdossiers van A tot Z
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van internationale zeevrachtzendingen
  • Coördineren van laad- en losopdrachten met terminals en magazijnen
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, rederijen, transporteurs en buitenlandse partners
  • Opvolgen van zendingen van vertrek tot aankomst
  • Controleren en verwerken van documenten en facturen
  • Proactief oplossen van operationele uitdagingen
  • Instaan voor een correcte administratie en uitstekende klantenservice

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor- of masterniveau, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek of supply chain
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen zeevracht export of freight forwarding
  • Goede kennis van maritieme processen en Incoterms
  • Ervaring met logistieke software en MS Office
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit
