Ben jij een expediteur met een eerste ervaring in zeevrachtimport en klaar voor een volgende stap? Dan is dit jouw kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamische, internationale logistieke omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.

Als Expediteur Zeevracht Import ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van importdossiers. Je zorgt ervoor dat zeevrachtzendingen vlot en correct worden afgehandeld, van aankomst in de haven tot de uiteindelijke levering bij de klant.

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, rederijen, transporteurs, douanepartners en collega's en houdt alle partijen proactief op de hoogte.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zelfstandig beheren van importdossiers van A tot Z.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van zeevrachtimportzendingen.
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, rederijen, agenten en transporteurs.
  • Coördineren van het natransport.
  • Opstellen en controleren van transport- en importdocumenten.
  • Opvolgen van aankomsten, deadlines en kosten.
  • Klanten proactief informeren en meedenken over oplossingen wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een eerste succesvolle ervaring als Expediteur Zeevracht Import.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt graag samen binnen een hecht team.
