Voor een klant gelegen in de haven van Antwerpen, kijkt Unique Antwerpen Maritiem uit naar een Expediteur Zeevracht Supervisor en baantransport. Ben jij the missing piece of the puzzle?

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte, nauwkeurige en tijdige transportflow van exportzendingen.
  • Je bereidt diverse documenten voor internationale verzending voor.
  • Je staat in voor correcte en tijdige facturatie en voert gegevens zorgvuldig in het interne systeem in.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met klanten om exportzendingen te organiseren en klantgerichte service te bieden.
  • Je begrijpt de workflow van de afdeling en zoekt voortdurend naar opportuniteiten om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je probeert steeds een hoge klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Je werkt in een team van 6 en stuurt hen ook operationeel aan.
  • Verder organiseer je ook de 1-on-1's met je team voor regelmatige check-ins.

  • Je hebt 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in Export en bent vertrouwd met de processen binnen internationale logistiek.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in Supply Chain Management of Logistiek, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt geen 9-to-5-mentaliteit en bent flexibel wanneer de operationele flow dat vraagt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Engels
