Jij zorgt ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande pakketten nauwkeurig worden gecontroleerd en verwerkt, zodat alles op tijd en op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en hebt dagelijks contact met interne afdelingen en externe pakketdiensten. Met jouw oog voor detail en oplossingsgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een soepel proces en hoge kwaliteit. Wat je gaat doen: - Controleren van inkomende pakketten op inhoud en overeenstemming met documentatie. - Verwerken van inkomende pakketten naar de juiste afdeling en verzendklaar maken van uitgaande pakketten. - Coördineren van zendingen door contact te onderhouden met pakketdiensten. - Signaleren en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine afwijkingen binnen vastgestelde richtlijnen. - Samenwerken met je team om een positieve werksfeer en efficiënte processen te waarborgen.
