Voor een toonaangevende specialist in gaslogistiek en het in staat stellen van fabrikanten gas te leveren waar hun klanten het nodig hebben zoeken wij een nieuwe logistieke collega. Zij bieden klanten een uitgebreid beheer van industriële gaslogistiek, evenals tankonderhoudsdiensten voor het transport van vloeibare gassen of gassen onder zeer hoge druk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van expeditie dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Plannen en opvolgen van transporten (nationaal en internationaal).
  • Coördineren van douaneformaliteiten (via externe partners).
  • Uitvoeren van algemene administratieve taken binnen de logistieke flow.
  • Correcte en tijdige facturatie van transport-, opslag- en andere logistieke diensten.
  • Controleren en valideren van inkomende facturen van leveranciers.
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen en efficiëntie.

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Ervaring in maritieme forwarding of logistiek (bij voorkeur expeditie).
  • Administratief sterk, met kennis van facturatie.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).
  • Proactieve houding en oog voor detail.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken én stressbestendig.
  • Sterk in plannen en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Affiniteit met IT-systemen en bereidheid om bedrijfseigen tools te gebruiken.
