Als Expeditor Customer Service / Aftersales ben jij de schakel tussen leveranciers, transporteurs, klanten en interne afdelingen. Je houdt overzicht over openstaande orders, bewaakt levertijden en regelt het transport van uitgaande zendingen. Loopt er iets anders dan gepland? Dan schakel je snel en zorg je dat alles netjes wordt opgelost en administratief wordt verwerkt. ✓ Een afwisselende functie met veel contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs✓ Veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en processen te verbeteren✓ Werken in een klein en betrokken team met marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden wat ga je doen? Als Expeditor Customer Service / Aftersales zorg je ervoor dat het logistieke proces soepel verloopt. Je bewaakt bestellingen van aanvraag tot levering en houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opvragen van orderbevestigingen, statusupdates en productieplanningen bij leveranciers - Controleren van orderbevestigingen op levertijden, aantallen, prijzen en overige voorwaarden - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over openstaande orders en eventuele afwijkingen - Klanten informeren over vertragingen en wijzigingen in overleg met de afdeling verkoop - Verwerken en bijhouden van order- en leveringsinformatie in SAP - Organiseren van transport voor uitgaande zendingen en afstemmen met transporteurs - Opvragen en controleren van paklijsten en transportgegevens - Volgen van zendingen via Track & Trace en bewaken van de voortgang - Afhandelen van reclamaties wanneer leveranciers ni...
