The posting

Binnen een organisatie die inzet op betaalbare en kwalitatieve ouderenzorg krijg je een analytische en maatschappelijk relevante rol. Je verdiept je in financiële dossiers van zorgvoorzieningen en draagt bij aan transparantie, correcte besteding van middelen en de financiële weerbaarheid van residentiële ouderenzorg. De functie combineert dossieranalyse, regelgeving, communicatie en procesoptimalisatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren en controleren van boekhoudingen en financiële dossiers van voorzieningen op volledigheid en correctheid.
  • Detecteren van acties om tot correcte en volledige resultaten te komen en eigenaarschap nemen over dossiers.
  • Communiceren met zorgvoorzieningen over bevindingen en dossierinhoud.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van dossiers en opstellen van brieven en beslissingen.
  • Verwerken van dossiers in het e‑loket en het dossierbeheersysteem.
  • Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor voorzieningen en collega’s rond boekhoudkundige vragen en sectorspecifieke regelgeving.
  • Samenwerken met beleidsmedewerkers rond thema’s zoals transparante boekhouding, financiële weerbaarheid, verbod op winst op zorg en handhaving.
  • Gebruikmaken van het boekhoudsysteem van de Vlaamse overheid (Orafin) voor subsidies en betalingen.
  • Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe procedures en detecteren van noden en opportuniteiten binnen de organisatie.
  • Nauw opvolgen van evoluties binnen de toegewezen thema’s.
  • Deel uitmaken van een geëngageerd team dat financiële en subsidieopdrachten binnen de ouderenzorg beheert.
  • Bachelordiploma in een boekhoudkundige richting.
  • Minstens twee jaar beroepservaring in boekhouden.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Administratief sterk en in staat complexe dossiers te structureren.
  • Communicatief helder en klantgericht.
  • Interesse in regelgeving en financiële thema’s binnen de ouderenzorg.
  • Bereidheid om nieuwe procedures mee vorm te geven.
