Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Expert Capacity Optimisation (w/m/d) Aufgaben

* Analyse von Kapazitäten und frühzeitige Identifikation von Engpässen entlang der Flughafeninfrastruktur

* Entwicklung innovativer und datenbasierter Lösungsansätze zur nachhaltigen Kapazitätssteigerung

* Aufbereitung und Visualisierung komplexer Analysen für Management und Fachbereiche mittels Powerpoint, Tableau und vergleichbarer Tools

* Steuerung, Koordination und Mitarbeit in der Abwicklung von Kapazitätsprojekten

* Schnittstellenpflege mit Stakeholdern des Capacity Management

* Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung bei strategischen Fragestellungen und Zukunftsthemen des Flughafens

* Monitoring technologischer Trends und Evaluierung ihrer Anwendungsmöglichkeiten im Capacity Management

* Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung KI-basierter Analyse-, Simulations- und Optimierungsmodelle

Profil

* Du analysierst nicht nur gerne, sondern setzt die Dinge strukturiert um. Dabei hast du immer den Fokus auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Passagiere

* Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht vermitteln und auch schwierige Situationen wertschätzend lösen

* Du bist technisch interessiert und weißt, wie wichtig die Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Betriebseinheiten ist

* Du weißt, wie wichtig eine Auftragsklärung ist, um Projekte eigenverantwortlich und selbständig abzuwickeln

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst Eigeninitiative bei der Umsetzung neuer Ideen mit

* Du lässt dich gerne von der "Faszination Flughafen" anstecken und bist an komplexen betrieblichen Zusammenhängen interessiert

* Du bringst neben Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift auch gute Englischkenntnisse mit

* Du verfügst über gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) sowie idealerweise über Kenntnisse in der Datenvisualisierung z.B. Power BI, Tableau

Ausbildung

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Studium von Vorteil)
