The posting

  • Je staat in voor het opmaken van technische plannen en studies betreffende de werfinrichting , zowel voor elektriciteit , water , data , enz.
  • Aansturen van studiebureau, externe partners en nutsmaatschappijen.
  • Je staat in voor de taakverdeling, ondersteuning en controle van de Team Leaders Techniek.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en signaleren van complexe problemen gerelateerd aan de nutsvoorzieningen op de werf en voorbereiden van verbeteringsvoorstellen die besproken worden met de teamleaders met als doel de werking van het departement efficiënter te maken.
  • Je staat in voor het aanwerven en opvolgen van nieuwe techniekers voor een welbepaalde specialiteit en rapporteren aan de Logistiek Manager. Opvolgen en rapporteren van de kwaliteit van het afgeleverde werk aan de Logistiek Manager.
  • Je staat in voor het opstellen en goedkeuren van een permanentielijst met als doel voldoende werkkrachten te voorzien om de dagelijkse werking het hele jaar door te garanderen.
  • Je stuurt één of meerdere Team Leaders Techniek aan . Je werkt werfinrichtingsplannen mee uit.
  • Je kan vergaderingen leiden met stakeholders ( intern en extern )
  • Je staat in voor het beheren van magazijn techniek in overeenstemming met complexere opdrachten voor de werfvoorzieningen , in overleg met Logistiek Manager plan van aanpak opstellen voor de aanpak van interventies en herstellingen en aanpassingen aan werfinrichting , onderhandeling met leveranciers
  • Je hebt een diploma Bachelor in een Technische richting
  • Vereiste talenkennis: NL/ENG
  • Je hebt ervaring ervaring (min 6 jaar in een technische richting) die cruciaal is voor de uitvoering v/d functie.
