The posting

Au sein d’un environnement industriel dynamique, tu occupes une fonction essentielle dans la gestion comptable quotidienne et le suivi financier. Cette position combine comptabilité générale, gestion fournisseurs et clients, reporting, fiscalité et coordination administrative. Tu contribues directement à la fiabilité des données financières et au bon fonctionnement des opérations.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Encodage des extraits financiers.
  • Encodage des ventes et suivi des opérations.
  • Encodage des factures de sortie et des opérations financières.
  • Gestion des factures à émettre et à recevoir.
  • Réalisation des écritures comptables et opérations diverses, y compris salaires et garanties.
  • Gestion analytique avec attribution des dimensions par département.
  • Gestion des notes de frais.
  • Rapprochements des cartes de crédit.
  • Gestion fournisseurs : rappels, paiements et préparation des paiements.
  • Suivi clients : états des comptes et contacts.
  • Facturation clients export.
  • Analyse des lettres de crédit.
  • Gestion des garanties bancaires.
  • Suivi des étapes de paiement des équipements.
  • Envoi des statistiques mensuelles et structurelles.
  • Mise à jour des tableaux de bord : encours, garanties, diversification, suivi des affaires et commissions.
  • Déclaration TVA.
  • Maîtrise des lettres de crédit.
  • Connaissance approfondie des garanties bancaires.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
  • Très bonne connaissance de la comptabilité belge.
  • À l’aise avec les ERP, Excel et outils financiers.
  • Capacité à gérer des opérations multi‑entités et internationales.
  • Priorisation efficace et gestion des urgences.
  • Assertivité et capacité à s’imposer.
  • Confidentialité irréprochable.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens du détail.
  • Communication claire et professionnelle.
  • Expérience confirmée de 5 à 10 ans en comptabilité.
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel ou international est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer un volume important d’opérations.
