Ben je analytisch sterk en wil je jouw expertise inzetten voor een correcte toepassing van de sociale wetgeving? Als Expert controle bij de RSZ ontwikkel je gespecialiseerde kennis en ondersteun je collega's en directie bij belangrijke beleidsbeslissingen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je combineert verschillende rollen in één boeiende functie:

  • Adviseren: Je ondersteunt medewerkers en directie met deskundige analyses en aanbevelingen binnen jouw expertisedomein
  • Analyseren: Je verzamelt en analyseert gegevens uit diverse bronnen om problemen te detecteren en oplossingen voor te stellen
  • Ontwikkelen: Je werkt actief mee aan de verbetering van procedures, methodes en regelgeving via werkgroepen en technische vergaderingen
  • Begeleiden: Je geeft instructies en opleidingen aan collega's en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor vragen over wettelijke bepalingen
  • Vertegenwoordigen: Je onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe partners en neemt deel aan projecten en stuurgroepen
  • Kennisbeheer: Je volgt evoluties in de wetgeving op en zorgt voor kennisoverdracht binnen de organisatie

Over de RSZ

De Rijksdienst voor Sociale Zekerheid vervult sinds 1945 een centrale rol in de sociale zekerheid. We verzamelen loon- en arbeidstijdgegevens, innen sociale bijdragen en financieren het socialezekerheidsstelsel. De directie Controle focust zich op de kernactiviteiten en zorgt voor correcte aangiften om sociale rechten te garanderen.

Selectieprocedure

De procedure bestaat uit drie stappen:

  1. Screening van je diploma
  2. Een computertest bij Werkenvoor.be (bij voldoende kandidaten)
  3. Een interview bij de RSZ
