Piloter et déployer la démarche qualité et l'amélioration continue de manière transversale pour l'organisation des développements informatiques et des services.

Mission |

  • Piloter la qualité transversale des développements IT et des prestations de services fournis par l'entité
  • Sélectionner et modéliser les processus prioritaires ciblés par la démarche de gestion de la qualité
  • Actualiser les référentiels en adaptant les documents de référence selon les retours d'expérience utilisateurs
  • Déployer l'amélioration continue en supportant activement sa mise en œuvre opérationnelle au quotidien
  • Mesurer la performance en créant et en suivant des métriques qualité chiffrées avant et après les changements
  • Contrôler la conformité des livrables techniques produits en interne ou fournis par des prestataires externes
  • Animer le réseau d'experts en participant aux différentes communautés de pratiques internes axées sur la qualité

Casting |

Formation de niveau Master ou Bachelier

Compétences Techniques et Environnement outil:

  • Modélisation de processus : Maîtrise de la notation standard BPMN
  • Outils d'architecture & diagrammes : Enterprise Architect, Bizagi, Microsoft Visio
  • Outils collaboratifs & de gestion : Atlassian JIRA, Xray (gestion des tests), Confluence

Référentiels, Normes et Méthodologies:

  • Gouvernance & Gestion des services : Frameworks de bonnes pratiques ITIL et COBIT
  • Ingénierie logicielle & DevOps : Norme ALM (ISO 12207) et standard DevOps
  • Gestion des tests : Normes et certifications de test logiciel ISTQB
  • Cadres de gestion de projet : Approche de gestion Agile (Framework Scrum) et méthodologie AgilePM
