All About Work Expert Financieel-economische expertise TSI Den Haag Over de functie ml T237692 Je wordt ingezet als maatwerkspecialist binnen het programma Toekomstbestendige Sociale Infrastructuur (TSI). In deze tijdelijke opdracht ondersteun je gemeenten, sociaal ontwikkelbedrijven en samenwerkingsverbanden bij complexe financieel-economische vraagstukken die samenhangen met de transitie naar een toekomstbestendige sociale infrastructuur. Je werkt vraaggestuurd en resultaatgericht aan afzonderlijke opdrachten met een eigen doelstelling, planning en beoogde resultaten. Je opereert vanuit een onafhankelijke positie en levert concrete, overdraagbare resultaten op die bijdragen aan duurzame ontwikkeling. Daarbij bepaal je binnen de afgesproken kaders zelfstandig hoe je de resultaten tot stand brengt. Wat ga je doen - Je analyseert complexe financieel-economische vraagstukken binnen gemeenten, sociaal ontwikkelbedrijven en regionale samenwerkingsverbanden. - Je stelt financiële toekomstscenario's, businesscases, exploitatieberekeningen, impactanalyses en strategische afwegingskaders op. - Je adviseert over de financiële consequenties van strategische keuzes, organisatieontwikkeling, governance en regionale samenwerking. - Je ontwikkelt of doorontwikkelt financiële modellen, rekentools en scenarioanalyses ter ondersteuning van bestuurlijke besluitvorming. - Je beoordeelt de financiële haalbaarheid en toekomstbestendigheid van organisatie- en samenwerkingsvormen. - Je bereidt gesprekken, werksessies en bestuurlijke bijeenkomsten voor en begeleidt deze wanneer deze onderdeel zijn van de resultaatopdracht. - Je vertaalt complexe financiële analyses naar begrijpelijke en bestuurlijk bruikbare adviezen. - Je stemt met de programmabegeleider af over voortgang, planning en acceptatie van de overeengekomen resultaten. - Je levert overdraagbare producten op waarmee gemeenten, sociaal ontwikkelbedrijven en samenwerkingsverbanden zelfstandig ve...
