In deze opdracht ondersteun je gemeenten, sociaal ontwikkelbedrijven en samenwerkingsverbanden bij complexe bestuurlijke en organisatorische vraagstukken. Je werkt vraaggestuurd en resultaatgericht aan tijdelijke specialistische opdrachten die bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige sociale infrastructuur. Je vervult een onafhankelijke rol en richt je op het realiseren van concrete, bestuurlijk bruikbare resultaten. Daarbij bepaal je binnen de afgesproken kaders zelfstandig hoe je de resultaten bereikt. Wat ga je doen - Je analyseert complexe governance- en samenwerkingsvraagstukken binnen gemeenten, sociaal ontwikkelbedrijven en regionale samenwerkingsverbanden. - Je adviseert over passende governance-, organisatie- en samenwerkingsvormen die aansluiten bij de regionale opgave. - Je verheldert rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, bevoegdheden en opdrachtgeverschap tussen betrokken partijen. - Je begeleidt de ontwikkeling of herinrichting van bestuurlijke samenwerkingsvormen, waaronder gemeenschappelijke regelingen, netwerkorganisaties en andere vormen van regionale samenwerking. - Je ondersteunt bij bestuurlijke besluitvorming door het opstellen van governancevarianten en afwegingskaders. - Je adviseert over beslisdocumenten en implementatievoorstellen voor governancevarianten. - Je bereidt gesprekken, werksessies en bestuurlijke bijeenkomsten voor en begeleidt deze wanneer deze onderdeel zijn van de resultaatopdracht. - Je analyseert risico's, afhankelijkheden en bestuurlijke consequenties van verschillende organisatie- en samenwerkingsmodellen. - Je vertaalt complexe governancevraagstukken naar begrijpelijk...
