Dein Job, du...

* fungierst als fachliche Ansprechperson für die Teilgesellschaften im Finanzbereich und agierst als Schnittstelle zu konzerninternen Bereichen wie Rechnungswesen, Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie zu Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer:innen und dem Konzerncontrolling.

* stimmst abteilungsübergreifende Abläufe mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen ab und trägst aktiv zu einer reibungslosen und effizienten Zusammenarbeit bei.

* übernimmst die laufende Planungsabstimmung mit den Teilgesellschaften des ÖBB-Konzerns und verantwortest die Budgetplanung, Forecasts sowie das laufende Reporting und Berichtswesen.

* verantwortest die Koordination, Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von IKS-Tests im IKS-Toolsystem und stellst eine strukturierte Zuweisung an die jeweiligen Mitarbeiter:innen sicher. Zudem bereitest du Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse als transparente Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management auf.

* gestaltest gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Controlling-Systeme und -Prozesse und bist Ansprechperson für IT-Themen. Weiters steuerst du Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Terminen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt diese gemeinsam mit deinem Team nachhaltig um.

* verantwortest das Vertriebscontrolling, analysierst relevante Kennzahlen und leitest fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Steuerung des Vertriebs ab.

* koordinierst interne Bestellprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf und bereitest aussagekräftige Präsentationen, Analysen und Managementunterlagen für die Geschäftsführung verständlich auf.

Dein Profil, du...

* bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. buchhalterische Ausbildung mit.

* kannst mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Kostenrechnung, Budgetierung, Forecasting & Controlling vorweisen und hast Bilanzierungsgrundkenntnisse in IFRS und UGB.

* verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und konntest idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Werbe-/Medienbranche sammeln.

* bist erfahren im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und hast idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse in OESAP und Sprint.

* arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, verfügst über eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und bringst hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie Teamgeist mit.

* überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie deine Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion "Expert:in Controlling" ist ein Mindestentgelt von € 49.305,20 brutto/Jahr (laut Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Werbung und Martkkommunikation) bei einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 38,5 Wochenstunden vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich, wobei in dieser Position eine All-In Vereinbarung inklusive Gleitzeitmöglichkeit vorgesehen ist.
