Internationale Handels- und Exportkontrolle mit strategischem Einfluss Sie möchten internationale Geschäftsaktivitäten aktiv absichern und gestalten? In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die globale Verantwortung für Exportkontrolle, Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht mit besonderem Fokus auf die USA und aktuelle handelspolitische Entwicklungen. Sie arbeiten mit Management, Fachbereichen, Behörden und externen Partnern zusammen und sind der Sparringspartner unserer Zollverantwortlichen. Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherung unserer internationalen Marktzugänge und Lieferketten. Was man bei uns bewegt: Sicherstellung der rechtskonformen Abwicklung aller internationalen Import- und Exportprozesse Globale Richtlinenverantwortung für Exportkontrolle, Sanktionen, Embargos sowie Dual-Use-Themen Umsetzung und Überwachung aktueller handelspolitischer Maßnahmen, insbesondere US-Zollvorschriften Bewertung regulatorischer Auswirkungen auf internationale Geschäftsmodelle und Markterschließungen Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität im Bereich Tarifierung, Warenursprung und Exportkontrollklassifizierung Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung globaler Zoll-, Außenwirtschafts- und Exportkontrollprozesse Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Compliance-Bewertungen sowie internen und externen Audits Beratung von Management und Fachbereichen in allen Fragestellungen des internationalen Handelsrechts Erstellung von Management-Reports, Risikoanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen Vertretung der Zollverantwortlichen Person gegenüber Behörden und internen Stakeholdern Mitgestaltung einer nachhaltigen Trade-Compliance-Strategie für die TGW Gruppe Was uns überzeugt: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (auf Maturaniveau) >3 Jahre Erfahrung aus einem Anlagenbau Unternehmen Expertenwissen in Exportkontrolle, Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht mit Schwerpunkt US Ausgeprägte Risiko-, Compliance und Prozessmanagementkompetenz Hohe analytische und strategische Denkweise zur Bewertung internationaler Handelsrisiken Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-/SAP-Systemen und zollrelevanten Stammdatenprozessen Kommunikationsstärke und Beratungsfähigkeit auf Managementebene Zuverlässige, kooperative, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Verständnis Außenwirtschaftsrecht mit Gesetzestexte) Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungskraft, Eigeninitiative, Konfliktfähigkeit Reisebereitschaft im Ausmaß von 10% Was wir bieten: Mitarbeit in einem agilen Entwicklungsteam: Freiraum, klare Ziele und regelmäßiges Feedback Maßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung (Fitnessstudios, Massageangebote, Betriebsärzte, uvm.)
