In unserer internen Schätzmeisterakademie bilden wir Sie Schritt für Schritt für unsere Standorte in Graz aus als: 1 Expert:in (m/w/d) für die Bewertung von Schmuck und Uhren Ihre Ausbildung und zukünftige Verantwortung:

Von der Passion zur Profession:

In unserer internen Akademie erwartet Sie eine mehrmonatige, hochqualifizierte Ausbildung.

· fundiertes Fachwissen: Sie lernen alles über die Bewertung von Schmuck, Edelmetallen und Uhren.

· praxisnahes Training: Erfahrene Kolleg:innen zeigen Ihnen, worauf es bei der Begutachtung von Privatbesitz für Auktionen und Handel ankommt.

Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Akademie ist Ihr Alltag eine spannende Mischung aus Expertise und Beratung:

· Bewertung & Vergabe: Sie entscheiden eigenverantwortlich über die Vergabe von Pfandkrediten basierend auf Ihrer Expertise.

· Übernahmen aus Privatbesitz: Sie prüfen Einbringungen für unseren Auktions- und Handelsbereich.

· Kundenberatung inkl. Kassatätgkeiten: Sie sind kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen und begleiten diese mit Servicebewusstsein und Fachverstand.

Ihre Qualifikationen und Talente:

· abgeschlossene Lehre als Gold-/Silberschmied:in Uhrmacher:in Zerspanungstechniker:in oder Feinmechaniker:in etc.

· mehrjährige Praxis im Schmuckbereich von Vorteil

· Genauigkeit und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis Auge fürs Detail: Gemmologische Grundkenntnisse sind ein Plus

· Persönlichkeit: Sie arbeiten gerne mit Menschen, sind flexibel und sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office.

· Unterstützung von Quereinsteigern durch zusätzliche Traineeprogramme bei entsprechender Lernbereitschaft

· ein abwechslungsreiches sowie eigenverantwortliches Aufgabengebiet

· bis zu 12 Tage jährlich als Zeitkonsum möglich

In der Ausbildung gilt ein KV-Grundgehalt ab EUR 2.251,- brutto pro Monat.

Nach der Ausbildung erhöht sich das KV- Grundgehalt auf EUR 2.362,- bis 2.676,- brutto pro Monat, zzgl. Überstunden, Zuschlägen und erfolgsabhängiger Komponente. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung bieten wir eine marktgerechte Überzahlung.
