Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufgabenbereich "administrative Lagerführung"

* Buchhalterische Erfassung der Lagerbewegungen und -Bestände sowie interne Fakturierung

* Stammdatenpflege, Kontrolle der Lieferscheine und Rechnungen, Preise, Rabatte, Inventuren

* Sicherstellung der Informationsflüsse (Einkauf, Logistik, Gebiete, Produktionsstandorte)

* Aufbau interner Kontrollen

* Process Owner Funktion (Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse)

* Key-User Funktion für das Modul Materialwirtschaft (insb. SAP MM und Simma)

* Schnittstelle zur IT-Abteilung und zu den Produktionsstandorten sowie Beratungsfunktion in sämtlichen materialwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA, FH o.Ä.)

* Einschlägige, mindestens 3-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position - z.B. in den Bereichen Materialwirtschaft, Buchhaltung, Warenwirtschaft

* Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (insb. Modul SAP MM), Simma-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Prozessdenken und IT-Affinität

* Organisationstalent und Kümmerer-Mindset

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit

* Freude an fachlicher Weiterbildung und -entwicklung
