Das Strategische Risikomanagement steuert und entwickelt das Non-Financial-Risk-Framework weiter, stellt einheitliche Standards und regulatorische Compliance sicher und sorgt durch Monitoring, Datenqualität und Prozessoptimierung für eine ve... 1 Expert:in Non Financial Risk mit Schwerpunkt ICT Risiko Management (m/w/d) Ihre Tasks * Non Financial Risk mit Schwerpunkt ICT Risiko: Weiterentwicklung des ICT Risk Managements sowie der Governance für Non Financial Risks entlang der Standards der Erste Group und der regulatorischen Anforderungen * Physische Sicherheit: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Standards für die physische Sicherheit innerhalb der Steiermärkischen Sparkasse * Krisen- und Incidentmanagement: Weiterentwicklung und Koordination der Governance im Umgang mit Krisen- und Incidents der Steiermärkischen Sparkasse * Risikoanalyse: Analyse, Bewertung und Steuerung wesentlicher Non Financial Risks sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen * Risikoreporting: Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens für Management und Gremien sowie Entwicklung aussagekräftiger Risikoindikatoren Projektmanagement: Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Projekten sowie Vertretung der Steiermärkischen Sparkasse in Arbeitsgruppen und Fachgremien der Erste Group * Wissensvermittlung: Weitergabe von Fachwissen durch Schulungen, Workshops und den fachlichen Austausch innerhalb des Konzerns

Ihr Background * Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationssicherheit, Security & Safety) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung * Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Non Financial Risk Management, ICT Risk Management, Operational Risk oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich * Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen, beispielsweise DORA, NIS2 oder EBA Guidelines * Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung von Projekten sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern * Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse * Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365; Erfahrung mit Power BI oder Interesse an datengetriebenen Analysen und Künstlicher Intelligenz ist von Vorteil
