Deine Aufgaben:

* Du entwickelst und etablierst standardisierte Prüf- und Qualitätsprozesse zur Sicherstellung stabiler und skalierbarer Abläufe

* Du konzipierst und optimierst Prüf- und Montagevorrichtungen zur Unterstützung effizienter und robuster Qualitätsprozesse

* Du analysierst und optimierst Qualitätsprozesse entlang der Fertigung mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Durchlaufzeit und Fehlervermeidung

* Du reduzierst Prüfaufwände durch intelligente Prüfstrategien

* Du leitest und steuerst Verbesserungsinitiativen im Qualitätsumfeld (KVP, Lean) und begleitest deren nachhaltige Umsetzung in den Fachbereichen

* Du analysierst Qualitätsabweichungen strukturiert und leitest gezielt Verbesserungsinitiativen ab

* Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen, um nachhaltige Lösungen zu etablieren

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Meister, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, in der Fertigungs-, Produktions- oder Prozessoptimierung eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Umsetzung von Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserungen

* Erfahrung in der Mess-, Fertigungs- oder Montagetechnik; idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von ZEISS-Messmaschinen

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen, idealerweise CATIA oder AutoCAD

* Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Kundenbewusstsein sowie Eigeninitiative und Eigenverantwortung

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
