1 Expert:in Strategisches Kreditrisikomanagement (m/w/d) - Corporate Business Ihre Tasks * Strategische Analyse und Steuerung des Corporate-Kreditrisikoportfolios einschließlich Real Estate auf Portfolio- und Gesamtbankebene, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Branchenentwicklungen, Konzentrationsrisiken, wesentliche Risikotreiber und Portfolioqualität * Gestaltung und laufende Optimierung des Portfolio-Monitorings sowie der Steuerungslogiken für die Risikovorsorge und das Portfolio ausgefallener Kund:innen * Weiterentwicklung der Kreditrisikostrategie für das Corporate-Segment sowie Ableitung konkreter Impulse für Risk Appetite, Limits und Portfoliosteuerung * Konzeption und Ausbau zukunftsorientierter Portfolioanalysen, Frühwarnindikatoren und Szenarien zur frühzeitigen Identifikation struktureller Kreditrisiken * Adressatengerechte Aufbereitung komplexer Risikoentwicklungen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Management-Reportings unter Nutzung moderner digitaler Möglichkeiten * Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Datenaufbereitung, Monitoring, Reporting und ausgewählten Kreditrisikoprozessen * Fachliche Vertretung des strategischen Kreditrisikomanagements in relevanten Gremien * Aktive Mitarbeit an hausinternen und sektorübergreifenden Strategie-, Daten-, Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten

Ihr Background * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Bank- und Finanzwirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finanzwesen, Mathematik, Statistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Corporate inkl. Real Estate Bereich-Kreditrisikomanagement, in der Portfoliosteuerung oder in einer vergleichbaren strategischen Risiko-Funktion einer Bank * Fundiertes Verständnis des Corporate-Kreditgeschäfts sowie der wesentlichen Risikotreiber, Ratinglogiken, Sicherheiten, Risikovorsorge, Konzentrations- und Branchenrisiken * Verständnis von Risikovorsorge bzw. IFRS-9-/ECL-Logiken und deren Zusammenspiel mit Kreditrisikosteuerung ist von Vorteil * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der strategischen Analyse, Messung und Steuerung von Kreditrisiken sowie im Risk Appetite Framework und in der Limitsteuerung * Sehr gute bankwirtschaftliche sowie aufsichtsrechtliche Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, regulatorische Anforderungen in strategische Steuerungsimpulse zu übersetzen * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Zahlenaffinität und Freude daran, komplexe Daten in klare Managementaussagen und Handlungsempfehlungen zu überführen * Hohe Digital- und Datenaffinität; Erfahrung mit BI-/Reporting-Lösungen sowie Kenntnisse in SQL, Python, Visual Basic oder vergleichbaren Tools sind von Vorteil * Selbstständige, strukturierte und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem strategischem Denken und Umsetzungsorientierung * Professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder für risikoorientierte und digitale Weiterentwicklungen zu gewinnen * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
