Unsere regionalen Kundendienst-Teams sorgen für mehr Komfort beim Heizen, Kühlen und Lüften - für Kund:innen von Hoval in ganz Österreich. Prompter Service durch Regionalität... 1 Expert_in - Technischer Service für Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) Deine Aufgaben:

* Du bist verantwortlich für den 3rd-Level-Support unserer Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (MSR) in HKLS-Systemen (Fernwärme, Frischwassermodule, Speicherlademodule, Leittechnik) * Du führst die Inbetriebnahme komplexer MSR-Anlagen durch und übernimmst Systemdiagnosen sowie Performance-Optimierungen * Du analysierst technische Störungen und sorgst für deren dauerhafte Behebung * Du unterstützt den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support in den internationalen Landesgesellschaften fachlich * Du wirkst bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produkte mit Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und praxisnahe Lösungskonzepte * Du schulst unsere Servicetechniker - vor Ort beim Kunden oder im Training Center in Vaduz * Du übernimmst die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Service, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung

Dein Profil:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. Lehre Elektrotechnik/ Betriebselektriker, HTL Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Gebäudetechnik, Werkmeisterschule Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der MSR-Gebäudetechnik mit * Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in MSR-Systemen und Protokollen (Modbus, BACnet, KNX, Ethernet) * Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Regelungs- und Leitsystemen * Du besitzt gute EDV-, Netzwerk- und IoT-Kenntnisse * Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und hast gesicherte Englischkenntnisse * Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und bringst eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke mit * Du bist bereit, ca. 30 % deiner Arbeitszeit zu reisen, auch international (Europa) * Von Vorteil: Du kennst dich mit MS Office und SAP/R3 aus und Erfahrung im internationalen Serviceumfeld

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 3.220-3.560 brutto/Monat - je nach Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
